Wholesale Christmas table runners: length, print and packing decisions
For a retail table runner, the same artwork can look very different when the length, width or finished reverse changes. These four photographed references from the supplied directory offer a useful starting comparison. The listed figures help you write a sample brief; the actual overhang and construction must be checked on your intended table.
Plan the visible drop from the table, not the photo
OL-0280 and OL-0281 are listed at 196 × 30 cm; OL-0283 and OL-0285 are listed at 180 × 35 cm. That is a 16 cm length difference and a 5 cm width difference between the two groups. Measure your target tabletop, decide the desired drop at both ends, then lay an approved sample on that table. The directory does not state dimensional tolerances or guarantee a fit for any table size.
Specify which surface and construction the buyer sees
The source label calls OL-0280 double-sided printed linen fabric, OL-0281 single-sided linen fabric and OL-0283 single-sided 200D polyester fabric. OL-0285 is labelled a Christmas/Halloween double-layer item in linen fabric; this does not prove it is reversible or show the artwork on both sides. Request face and reverse photos, a close-up of the edges and a sample to confirm what the customer will actually see.
Review the folded presentation and case count
Listed packing is 23 × 31 × 1 cm for OL-0280 and 35 × 20 × 1 cm for OL-0281, OL-0283 and OL-0285. The directory records 100, 220, 220 and 50 sets per carton respectively. What belongs in a table runner sample check?
Lay the finished runner flat on the intended table and record length, width and drop at each end. Compare the approved print at the center and overhanging ends; inspect face, reverse, edge stitching and the layer structure where relevant. For OL-0285, verify whether the stated Christmas/Halloween label represents two different designs, without assuming a reversible product. Check the folded, packed sample for creases and print visibility, and confirm the final care label and packing brief.
